PagTurn 3D CS Quick Start

1. Prepare your workspace. Create a directory to hold your files (e.g. Desktop\project).
2. Prepare images for PageTurn3D. PageTurn 3D support jpg, gif and png. You can prepare your image in your favour image editor and saved in a folder inside your working directory. Or follow guide here to prepare images in PhotoSho. < Prepare Images with Photoshop xml. > 1 image is repsent to 1 page.
3. Setup up a xml to be used in PageTurn 3D (Skip to 4 if you are using PhotoShop xml) You can follow this guide to setup a custom xml file. < Prepare custom xml for your images. > The xml is use to describe which images is use to build the components.
4. Import a PageTurn 3D CS component.

5. Fill in the necessary parameter.

!!Important!! Due to crossdomain security issue in Flash Player 9+. If you are loading images from other domain where the domain havn't a valid crossdomain.xml (e.g. your swf in in www.abc.com and loading images from www.cde.com). You must fill in the proxy script here in order to make cross domain access. You can download the proxy script and get more information here, Server-side proxy method. If your PhotoFLIP and photo are under the same domain, it is no need to fill in the proxy field. |
6. Test the movie.
